There’s a new and amazing wedding venue in San Diego!
As if San Diego didn’t have enough amazing wedding venues, Liberty Station recently opened a new one! (There are several venues already open at Liberty Station such as Brick.) Last week, I was able to see the new venue, Building 177. Building 177 used to be a library when it opened back in 1941. The transformation is amazing; it has high white ceilings, large windows, and now has a touch of a barn and rustic vibe. I immediately fell in love with the space and would highly recommend this venue.
I absolutely cannot wait to plan a wedding there. So many amazing vendors are at your fingertips, and they’re great to work with. Here are just a few photos from the night and what some of the vendors have to offer!
What You Need to Know About This Venue
This venue is more than enough for a huge wedding (or other events) since it can host more than 350 guests. If you decide to use rentals with the venue, they will include helping in set up of their chairs and tables as well as a Bose surround sound system. If you need, the venue can also help provide a screen and projector. Just outside the venue is a little extra space called the Luce Court.
A Few Vendors Who Worked at the Grand Opening

(3) Siren Floral Co, Luna Wild Design, and Pow Wow Design Studio
